We are not able to add to a pre-existing order. You would have to place a second order.
No, liners, hot tub covers, solar/winter blankets cannot be returned, they are final sale. These are considered custom orders. The old saying, measure twice and order once will save you a lot of headaches and give you a longer swim season.

No. We are an online company only. We do not have a retail store location and so cannot do financial transactions other than through the web site. All orders must be paid for in advance.
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
We are located out of Ontario, Canada.
The shipping and taxes are not included in our prices. You will have to pay the applicable provincial taxes as well as the shipping cost which is based on cubic weight.
